                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO 
                  EXECUTE AND ATTEST AN ENGINEERING AGREEMENT 
                  WITH COMQUEST, LLC, RELATIVE TO THE FRIAR 
                  BRANCH-HICKORY VALLEY STORMWATER MANAGEMENT 
                  SYSTEM, FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED 
                  FORTY-SIX THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS 
                  ($146,620.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement for 
       Engineering Services with ComQuest, LLC, relative to the Friar 
       Branch-Hickory Valley Stormwater Management System, for a fee not 
       to exceed $146,620.00.
